Sunny Mondays

I have Mondays off work. What do I plan to do with myself today? Well, right now I am watching Pineapple Express and drinking coffee. I am on my third delicious cup right now. The rest of the day will be taken up with a run, fruit market shopping and some knitting to finish off my pink scarf....maybe even a nap if I can fit it into my busy schedule.

What am I thinking about this week?

1. Running. I want to get back into getting out 3 times a week.

2. Knitting. I want to finish this scarf and then take a little break from knitting for the spring.

3. Shopping. I need new clothes, since all of mine are too big now.

4. Twilight. Nuf said.

A spring-like afternoon!

Like everyone else in the city, I spent the last few hours outside in the beautiful (for Toronto in Macrh) weather. We went for a walk to the park and then ended up in our backyard with the neighbours. This evening is ending with friends, knitting, Twilight and booze, so all in all...a very good weekend!!!

Turns out they are dating. And he compared their new romance, on the air with Ryan Seacreast, to Twilight's love story. Now, I am a huge Twilight fan. It's pathetic, really. But now I know I am at least not as lame as Jamie Kennedy. Ugh.

Elbow to the eye

So this morning C elbowed me in the eyebrow bone. Hard. REALLY hard. I screamed in pain and he didn't even wake up. I told him about it when we were getting ready for work and he had no idea that he had even done it. He is a very heavy sleeper, especially when it comes time to wake up for work.

So now my head is still aching. I am thinking he might want to look into elbow boxing, if that exists, because he would most likely win....
